If you think that you are already in a save position when you already have a job, you are wrong. Unless your position is the owner of the company, you are entering the real jungle from the first time you walk into your office and sit in your first cube. It’s not a secret that you have to fight for your life in the workplace of every field; it doesn’t matter whether you are a sales person for a gum company or a teacher, the “holiest” profession beside priest (though you can’t call this one a profession), competition is always in the air, and the only valid rule is the jungle rule.
One of the ways to have a good position in the competition is by improving yourselves. Attending seminars and workshops and applying for online colleges are two of the ways. As you are working and it is impossible to give up your job for some years in college, online colleges is the only way you can achieve a degree without leaving your job. Moreover, by achieving a degree in a field that related to your job, you are enhancing your chance in getting a promotion, though it is not the main purpose in applying for online colleges.
